Tell us about your career.
I am the Office Manager of Bookers & Bolton. My receptionist career dates back to 2004 when I worked as a Receptionist at Alton House Hotel in Alton. In 2007 I gained a Level 2 NVQ in Front Office. I joined Bookers & Bolton in 2007 as a Receptionist/Admin Assistant. I have worked within a reception environment providing a friendly and professional service towards the clients together with being responsible for general administrative assistant support to enable the smooth and effective running of the office. Since then I have been promoted to the position of Office Manager.
I have completed Level 3 in Leadership and Management in March 2019. This course helped me to understand and learn more about our team members in order to obtain the best results from each team member.
