We are delighted to announce that Sonali Amin has been admitted to the roll after successfully completing her training contract with us here at Bookers & Bolton.
Sonali is the second trainee solicitor that has qualified at the firm, along with several legal executives, and is currently based in our conveyancing team.
Paula Langley, Practice Manager at Bookers & Bolton, said: “We think it is vital, even as a small firm, that we offer training contracts of all shapes and sizes, and this is something we introduced over the last ten years.
“There are so many different routes into law now that you can work and train on the job or take the more traditional route that Sonali did, completing her studies and then doing her work-based training here.
“We currently have two trainees on the new Solicitor Apprenticeship scheme: one trainee Legal Executive and one Apprentice Paralegal. We understand that it can be financially prohibitive to study full time and so we are committed to providing as many opportunities for local people as possible.
“East Hampshire District Council have helped fund part of the Legal Executive places and the government currently part funds the apprenticeship schemes.
“We are extremely proud of Sonali, who has worked hard and been a dedicated member of staff throughout her time here. We are looking forward to seeing her career flourish and couldn’t be more pleased at her success.”
Here, we find out a bit more about Sonali.
