Bookers & Bolton Solicitors Awarded CQS Accreditation for Another Year

We are pleased to announce that we have once again received the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) Accreditation.

By giving us this accreditation, The Law Society recognises us for our:

  • Expertise in delivering excellent residential conveyancing advice.
  • Standardised processes to recognise and reduce risks.
  • Ability to educate clients about the service and advise them on what to expect in the conveyancing process.

What is the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)?

Launched by The Law Society, the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation is an industry-standard mark of excellence for law firms across the UK. This aims to connect clients, lenders and the wider residential community with established law firms to reduce the risk of fraud and increase the level of trust in the conveyancing process.

To qualify for this scheme, law firms must undergo a thorough assessment, compulsory training, self-reporting, audits, and annual reviews. These checks are done to ensure that each firm given this accreditation carries the credibility required and can deal with cases accordingly, applying the industry standard procedures.
