In our recent surveys 100% of clients said they would use us again and recommend us to others. We are so proud of this achievement.
The main reasons clients choose us are:
- That our advisors are qualified
- That there is always someone to talk to about your matter
Many were not influenced by our High Street location or our 100 year history within the town.
Nearly all clients said they were least influenced by the cost of the matter – showing us what we knew all along – quality is the key when finding a lawyer you can trust.
All of our clients that received one of our new guides said it was helpful. These include:
- Conveyancing
- Lasting Power of Attorney
- Child Arrangement Orders
- How to Make the Most of Your Lawyer
